FREE Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Classes

The Florida Department of Health Jefferson will be conducting FREE Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Classes starting February 12, 2019. There will be 8 in person classes held each Tuesday. Deadline for registration is February 8, 2019. For more information contact Chelsey McCoy at 850-342-0170. All class participants will receive a free 3 month gym membership!
