The Florida Community Health Worker Coalition invites you to be a sponsor or exhibitor at the 2024 Florida Community Health Worker Summit.
The sponsorship package offers several structured opportunities for the in-person event being held on July 11 through 12th at the Adam W. Herbert University Center in Jacksonville, Florida.
If you or your organization would like to learn more about CHWs, connect with this audience in a meaningful way, and simultaneously, help those who might face attendance limitations, your tax-deductible contribution will help keep the summit affordable, all while championing the vital work of CHWs in mitigating health disparities and improving health outcomes across Florida, then read further.
“Empowering Lives: Cultivating a Sustainable Community Health Worker (CHW) Workforce”. The central theme of this year’s Summit revolves around fostering a resilient and well-trained CHW workforce. Our objective is to establish collaborative partnerships that harness resources across various sectors, ultimately enhancing the quality of life within the diverse communities served by CHWs. By embracing the CHW model, both health and social sectors can collaboratively devise innovative solutions to promote healthier communities.
Like previous summit gatherings with around 150+ attendees, supporters and key contributors will gain valuable exposure and direct access to Community Health Workers, Promotores, Community Health Advocates, Health Educators, Peer Specialists, Health Navigators, Outreach Teams, CHW Supervisors, practitioners, state, and federal partners, (and their networks). Benefit from on-site promotion at the summit from signage, booths and pre-summit or session announcements to online website, social media, and shared communication.
